I audit one key product or landing page from the ad all the way to the buy button, then fix the visible buying friction: copy, UX hierarchy and speed. You approve the plan before I touch anything, I implement the changes directly in your theme, and you get a documented before and after. Fixed scope, fixed price, 14 days.
First the match between the ad and the page: does the page keep the promise the ad made? Then the first screen, the primary call to action, the product page hierarchy and where the mobile flow leaks. Most of the loss usually sits in the first screen and the path to add-to-cart, not in the traffic.
Inside your existing theme. The sprint implements real changes in Liquid and JS in the theme you already run, with no page builder and no rebuild. If a full rebuild or migration is what you actually need, that's a separate engagement and I'll tell you straight.
